Official Statements
The most important document pertaining to any primary issuance of municipal
bonds is the official statement. This link
to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) can be your source to
almost any final official statement of any issue for the past ten years or so.
It can be a valuable tool to complete your files or simply for review without
having to download the entire document. All you need to do is insert a CUSIP number in the Muni Search panel, click the arrow, and wait for a pdf link
