We own and offer the following tax free New Mexico municipal bonds.  Our  customer accounts are carried through Southwest Securities, a New York Stock Exchange firm (symbol: SWS) headquartered in Dallas.   We will also transfer fully paid-for bonds to other existing brokerage accounts at no charge for those investors who wish to keep all security holdings at one location.  We can do this in a manner that keeps your account open with us for future transactions.  Kious and Co. and SWS are members of SIPC, which protects all customer accounts for a minimum of $1,000,000.  SWS also carries additional investor protection coverage which far exceeds the SIPC minimum.  All offerings below are subject to availability and change in price or yield as determined by market conditions.  All bonds in this offering are double tax-free, i.e., exempt from federal and New Mexico income taxation; a bond subject to AMT will be so noted in the description.  All bonds are in increments of $5,000 unless otherwise noted.
